IPL 2025 Going To See A New Champion because Neither RCB nor KXIP has won an IPL title yet. This year, the four teams that reached the playoffs were Kings XI Punjab, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Mumbai Indians, and Gujarat Titans. RCB and KIXP made to play Final of IPL 2025.

RCB vs KXIP Frist Playoff

The first playoff match between RCB and KXIP was played on 28th May at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium. RCB won that match by a huge margin — 8 wickets with 60 balls remaining.
KXIP couldn’t handle the pressure of the playoffs and managed to score only 101 runs, which was very disappointing for their fans.

2nd Playoff: Mumbai Indians vs Gujarat Titans

The second playoff was played on 30th May at the same venue. Mumbai Indians won the match by 20 runs. Gujarat Titan

3rd Playoff: Mumbai Indians vs Kings XI Punjab

The third playoff, held yesterday, was between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab to decide the second finalist. Mumbai Indians posted a big total of 203 runs — a score they had never lost defending before.

But in the second innings, Punjab’s batsmen delivered a superb performance. Especially captain Shreyas Iyer, who scored an unbeaten 87 off just 41 balls, chased down the massive target against Mumbai’s top bowling lineup.

IPL 2025 Final

With this win, Kings XI Punjab will face Royal Challengers Bangalore in the final. So, the Indian Premier League 2025 is guaranteed to crown a new champion!
